The Spirit of South Suburban Annual Appeal is our yearly philanthropic endeavor and top fundraising priority.
Every dollar given to the Annual Appeal is used to enhance indoor and outdoor environments, furnish field trips to augment classroom learning, update classroom materials for the students, and provide professional development opportunities to faculty. Every dollar you invest is spent in the year in which it is received. You can be assured that your gift will make an immediate impact on our students and school community.
Your gift this year will be put towards the following:
- Updating our outdoor environments, including playgrounds.
- Retrofitting the gymnasium to make it acoustically-friendly.
- Enhancing communications and security (both IT and infrastructure).
Our Goal: $10,000
To reach this year’s goal of $10,000, participation is key. Each gift is a tangible vote of confidence in SSMS. Our goal is to have 100% participation from our faculty, staff, and family community. Any gift, no matter the size, counts towards our 100% participation goal.
